I am loving Inkscape, and your tutorials are amazing, and amazingly easy to understand and follow. Thank you for all the work you’ve put into them for us.
One problem, which is a major problem for me is that NONE of the ‘Raster’ filters work for me. I have InkscapePortable, 0.46, and a dev version, and I can’t use Gaussian blur or blur or any other filter in that menu.
Any ideas?
Another strange thing is that Inkscape never asked me to intall in windows. It extracted and it runs from there.

come on, these buttons are total oldschool
