  1. @jimmac, i must disagree. i have only been drawing with vectors for about 18 months and after i got the basics, i learnt a lot from deconstructing other people’s drawings and learning how they stack the objects up.

    but i do agree, they are limited, and not a substitute for a detailed tutorial… thanks for commenting and for your awesome icons!

    @kayaone: do you mean illustrator as in the adobe program? if so this is actually the Open SOurce app, Inkscape.

  2. As much as the vid is pretty interesting. I have to tell you, watching this the vid was like watching a math equation where half way thru there is ‘a miracle occurs’ event when the illustrator just drops in a fully formed body of the car. Like where did that come from?

  3. That was both amazing and amazingly disappointing. I badly need to master the techniques used to make this fantastic drawing but the tutorial aspect was non-existent.
