Fake Tilt Shift using Inkscape

Here is a quick (5 minute) video tutorial from gnokii on doing a fake tilt shift (aka miniature faking) effect on a photograph using inkscape. Sure, you can also achieve this effect using the gimp, but where is the fun in that?
